Our process and methodology
We will do a discovery call with any potential clients, from there identifying needs and requirements. These are presented to the client following which an agreement on services is reached. The client is then onboarded, and all relevant assets shared. We then work very closely on Set-up and Co-ordination during the first months of the project to ensure everything is acutely aligned and expectations are being met. Going forward the client has access to the relevant parts of our project management system for full transparency and communication. We have regular check-ins to report back to the client what is happening with the project and pivot as necessary.
